A destination wedding having place on the beach gives you the opportunity to make it a friends and family vacation as well. Picture this: you arrive a few days before the big day and you want to make the best out of it.
You spend all day long with your guests on the pool and on the beach under the sun. Suddenly you find out that the sunglasses and the cute trendy swimsuit you wore all day long left you with sunmarks that will show because your wedding dress is strapless. And not to mention your face is red and peeling. You will need much more makeup than you would have wanted to to cover it all up.
Plan ahead and take a hat, lots of sunscreen, a bathing suit that has a similar neckline or upper body lines as your wedding dress, and take out any bracelets or necklaces that might leave marks. Remember, planning ahead will make things go smoother and give you more peace of mind to completely relax and enjoy the moment to the fullest!
